Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TreePie. We strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. Please take a moment to review our return and refund policy.

Returns and Exchanges: We gladly accept exchange request within 7 days of the date of purchase for size issues or damaged products. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase when returning or exchanging an item. Order which is less than or equal 999, customer have to pay 99 rupees for exchange the product.

If you wish to return or exchange a product due to size issues or damage, please contact our customer service team at info@thetreepie.com to initiate the process. Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to proceed.

Note :

There is no return/refund and any kind of exchange available on sale products.

Only defective products will be exchange.

In case of defective product, customer have to inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

If they are failed to inform us, we are not responsible for return or exchange.

We recommend you to please check size chart before make any order.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for reasons other than defective or damaged products. If product is defective or damaged and you don't want exchange, refunds will be provided in form of store credits/ coupon code of the same amount, which you can use in your next purchase.

For COD orders store credits or coupon code or refunds (if applicable) will be same amount of product price which customer has paid after any discount (if applicable).

COD charges are not refundable in any case.

Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
